    Here's how it works: At closing, you’ll fill out a scorecard, rating us from 0 to 10, in 10 different areas such as negotiating and marketing. The scores are then totaled, resulting in one overall satisfaction score. If the score is anything less than 100%, we refund a portion of the commission right there at the closing table. For example, if you're 90% satisfied, we refund 10% of the commission. 75% satisfied? We refund 25%. 50% satisfied? You’ll get a 50% refund. And if you’re not satisfied at all, we refund the entire commission.

    No Upfront Fees

    Many agents charge upfront fees so they can make money whether your home sells or not. They can fail at the job you hired them for and still come out ahead.
